History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Flame alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When Herleva reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
