Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by his family

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears tattered old clothes. His tied-back hair is white. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Tod never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Orc, and stands approximately 6'9". He wears a tattered pair of loose white pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs, and his gloved hand is found clutching a crossbow. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 2. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of giants

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Locksmith business.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a simple blue robe with black stripes complete with hood. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
