Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Callie grew up listening to her father's many stories. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with brown colored cloaks and clothing. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he feels threatened by others

Description: She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She carries with her a set of daggers, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She keeps her long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. Her eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Valanthe was born with her father's beautiful face. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. She's also a talented Priest, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a priest again

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants revenge against dire rats
