History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Butcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a shortbow on her belt. Her blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Vola was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. A true patriot, Trym would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Trym reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
