History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Salanop was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She struck the Merchant job and began her own company from there.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
