Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

History: Fenriz lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Whurbin was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and retire the richest woman in the south
