Description: She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She takes great joy in being the best Soapmaker in town.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She struck the Soapmaker job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing her hectic life and new soapmaker responsibilities is difficult

Description: A 3'4" western man, he wears bulky white painted plate armor. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He tends to his Architect job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is dressed in earthy colors with a black and brown handkerchief worn on his left side. His crest, while still mostly scarlet, has prominent grey streaks. His gold eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He uses divination through singing.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: This man stands a little under 3'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a white vest and prefers brown and blue shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His brown hair is knotted and matted. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Bertram is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Bertram was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Unemployed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light red in addition to tight pants. He wears his brown hair down. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He became a Layabout soon after.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
