History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is wearing a long, tan cloak. She has done her best to style her silver hair to look like a famous performer. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born into a rich family. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and seeks redemption

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his halberd with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Aldous liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
