Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Gurdis is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he prefers to wear flannel. His brown hair is still thick. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: 5'3" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her hair is auburn and very short. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Volen enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: She is dressed in earthy colors with a black and yellow handkerchief worn on her left side. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. Her crest is red and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Harann was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Mason, but she got bored and became a Dyer. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and a deep hatred of orcs

Description: She wears a red cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her red hair is heavily combed to the right. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.

History: Maegan lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Barber, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.
