History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Tervaround was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Cockaby and his spouse have recently divorced.
