History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Miner for hire.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Vicky's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Vicky was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
