Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. A true patriot, Cloud would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She got into the Carter business at a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Doctor responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Her violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Thiala wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is obsessed with her god.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.
