Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is typically in his Farmer uniform. He has chestnut hair. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Farmer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Farmer. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her black hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. Her brown eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and balancing her hectic life and new navigator responsibilities is difficult

Description: She tends to wear a grey poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She carries a battered crossbow and tarnished scimitar as well. Her white hair is long and unkept. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Cecily isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cecily fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: She is a pot bellied southern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She sports red clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She keeps her long black hair kept up in a rat tail. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She found a children's book about a Halfling Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with violet colored cloaks and clothing. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson violet hat.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Rael fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.
