History: Born in the east to a Slave Trader, Virra learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He takes great joy in being the best Cartwright in town.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Elaim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has worked as a Cartwright like his mother before him.

Motivation: To be a Detective again; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This tall, slender woman wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her fierce white eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Merchant. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against goblins; and many goblins want her driven away
