History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peter. Millicent fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
