History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and doesn't want to be a shoemaker and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Navigator kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored.
