Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his shortspear with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, and he perpetually has his shortspear ready. His silver hair is still thick. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Astar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shortspear.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Baker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and doesn't want to be a baker and was forced into it by her family

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He wears his silver hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Ruler. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and tends to wear a black poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her black hair is singed and shortened. Her eyes are likewise hazel. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Creega is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Creega took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hammer and armor she uses now. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a yellow armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down. Her hair is brown and curly. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Chaedi grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Chaedi was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Chaedi decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.
