He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pearl embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is a great chef.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: 3'6" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He prefers to wear flannel. He has moderate length golden hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She loves being with her children and actually smiles when they are around. She would do anything for them. She dislikes her ex a great deal.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Dalaba was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gifted student she started as a Mercenary, but she got bored and became a Sage. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Mercenary; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
