History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student she started as a Junk Dealer, but she got bored and became a Dilettante. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
