History: Baz was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Adam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Spy and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and expand her business

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Marshal profession.

History: Born to a Marshal, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and sabotage a competitor
