History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Roofer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after River was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. River's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
