History: Malquis hails from a village terrorized by drow. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it
