He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Gardener arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. Griselda is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. After a long history of fighting, Griselda and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and doesn't want to be a carpenter and was forced into it by his family
