History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Ekemon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ekemon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Kyle lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He tends to his Priest job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and regain custody of his daughter

Her gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to protect his home

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
