History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Through the years after Phelaia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
