Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. A true patriot, Hûmgrat would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. After coming to the age of reason, Hûmgrat took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hûmgrat fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion
