History: Gifted from a young age, Kasdeya studied abroad. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Karash was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Karash grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Karash. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
