Personality: He is fixated on the number 84. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Sammal enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sammal was born the youngest of three triplets. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel.
