Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was born in the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Bricklayer profession.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. She has a long silver ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are likewise blue.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: Nurkara was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Dyer and occasionally as a mercenary.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: She wears a worn and beaten armor. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly hand crossbows and halberds. Her black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: Waywocket was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Waywocket was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: To be a Sailor again; and balancing her hectic life and new slave trader responsibilities is difficult

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. His red crest is smooth and relatively long. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He got into the Healer business at a young age. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Healer for hire.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
