History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. During her travels, Kansif and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Kansif discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Kansif fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her hair is silver and very short. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Griselda was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Griselda alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
