History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gerald. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Gerald was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born in the west to a Miner, Nalral learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Nalral and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The war was a terrible time for her, and Naamah does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels kind of lost in life

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
