Personality: Nuraval is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Nuraval was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He hates Tabaxis with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. She is typically in her Miller uniform, marred by beers. Her wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She has hazel eyes.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Tomph was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. A gifted student she started as a Shipwright, but she got bored and became a Miller. She became a Miller soon after.

Motivation: Expand her business; and balancing her hectic life and new miller responsibilities is difficult

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. A true patriot, Hubert would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
