Personality: He is mildly Gnome supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Eberdeb lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Eberdeb never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and seeks redemption

He conceals his quarterstaff with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His red hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is obsessed with his god.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He bought a quarterstaff and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Portia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and seeks redemption
