Personality: Veloptima is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Veloptima was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

History: Aura was born with his father's beautiful face. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
