Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Gifted from a young age, Wiggens studied abroad. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.
