Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Cecily was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
