History: Gifted from a young age, Eloise studied abroad. When Eloise reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Senteq will drive conversation. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born into a rich family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Senteq grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Senteq. After a long history of fighting, Senteq and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has money and likes to spend it
