Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has white hair. His eyes are hazel and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: He was born at the edge of vast island. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is greedy

Description: He prefers to wear black clothing when he does not wear armor. His hair is cut close to his head. His gold eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Melech took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up halberd and armor he uses now. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: Revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: This woman stands a little under 3'4" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a simple blue robe with green stripes complete with hood. Her hair is auburn and curly. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Callybon was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Callybon decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is content; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: She got into the Dyer business at a young age. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She became a Dyer soon after.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
