History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Phelaia was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
