Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with feathered hat. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vassago grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vassago. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and to prove his worth to the world

Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her brown fur is lengthy. Her eyes are copper and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born in the east. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by her family.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. He is baby faced.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. After a long history of fighting, Kaladan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Cressel abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Voice: Pronounces 'its' and 'is' like 'eats' and 'ease'

Description: 4'8" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. She wears her blonde hair down. Her eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Silaqui took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up monstrous two handed axe and armor she uses now. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to end her boredom
