Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. A true patriot, Millicent would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sculptor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Description: She is well dressed, constantly wearing a brown suit, grey shirt, and blue tie. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her eyes are blue and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Dilettante, and she later adopted a second daughter.
