Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Merla was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Merla's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Sage arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She tends to her Performer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Thomas lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Thomas abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has never given up on his singing dream.
