History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kipper embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Kipper was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
