History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Murook speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bather for hire.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Shoemaker who has hired him part-time. The war was a terrible time for him, and Wiggens does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 83. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Morana was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.
