History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she's in love

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Harriet was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Harriet took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a stableman again

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Nutae reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
