Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Braak was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Helgret was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Morana took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sickle and armor she uses now. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
