History: Millicent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Whurbin wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Rogue, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
