History: Alberich hails from a village terrorized by drow. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Dwarves in Alberich's homeland. Alberich decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Farmer for the past few years.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
