History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. A gifted student he started as a Jeweler, but he got bored and became a Spy. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pearl grew up listening to her mother's many stories. A gifted student she started as a Shoemaker, but she got bored and became a Interpreter. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
