History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. Ida was born on a far eastern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Ruler. She has achieved small success as a Ruler.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and expand her business
